1. Navigate to the Challenges page
2. Click on "Create New Challenge"
3. Choose your challenge type (fitness, habit, etc.)
4. Set your stake amount (virtual points you're willing to risk)
5. Define your success criteria and timeline
6. Start your challenge and track progress daily!

Stake points are virtual currency that make your challenges meaningful:

• Successful challenges: Keep your stake + earn bonus points
• Failed challenges: Lose your staked points
• Community challenges: Pool stakes for bigger rewards
